Sierra Bluffs HOA
Sierra Bluffs Home Owners Association (HOA) consists of all current property owners in the Sierra Bluffs subdivision and includes five elected home owners who comprise the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is elected every three years. The Home Owners Association meets quarterly, in addition to its required annual membership meeting each December. Meetings typically take place in GLA Morris Constructions downtown Truckee office. Home Owner Association dues are a reasonable $50 a month.
